Rules concerned with end and extension:
- Ending time 16:00 GMT meens 16:00:00, so a post dated of 16:00 is invalid bid because it was posted after 16:00:00.
- Bids made during the last 20 minutes extend the item auction for another 20 minutes from the time the bid was made.
- This rule is also applied to the extended period, so valid bids in the extended period extend the item auction any number of times.
