Found some little mistake in the rules:

It says over the chart of equipment tickets value that peerless will give 500 T.

but in the how to get more tickets says: all peerless will grant 200 T.

can that be a little mistake?

sent! remember that cooldown is one month, so you can ask another magnificent on 9 April 2014.
as for scrolls rule says: "Donate anything else of value, as above tickets will be awarded based on current market value of the items at 1 ticket per 1000 credits (rounded down)" so if you have a certain amount of them you could donate and still gain tickets from them

still to the FreeSHop recipient, in your case (as in every case the donator requests it) we simply won't add you to the list (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
as for the kind, yeah, every scroll is welcome.
