A: In hentai I don't see it as a big deal, it's just fetish content and there's plenty of normal sized dick hentai you can look for. In real porn it's definitely a bit problematic on a societal scale because we've learned to value huge 10+ inch porn dicks over everything else, leading to a lot of body dysmorphia when it comes to penis size.
