Just saying but you can turn handwiritings into fonts.
For your question I'm pretty sure it's their self-made font so you have better chance contacting who edited that.

That might be the case, like with that Mango font earlier in this thread. I had some hope of it being a public font because I saw it being used in a some other doujinshis by different scalators. Like here:

But after weeks looking through many font websites and not finding it, I think it's probably self-made indeed.

Hey, can you, please, tell what is that variation, does it have a specific name? I've been searching for it the whole day, fruitlessly. Where did you manage to find it?

UPD: I'm a blind idiot and I didn't know the full title of the font is MangoVixen despite glancing at some font sheet where it was present. As for variation, it kinda looks like it's just faux italic applied to standard version for anyone seeking for it in the future
