[Change] HentaiVerse Equipment/Ability Sets, For people who play the HentaiVerse minigame |

A future update of the HentaiVerse will add the "Persona" functionality, adding a number of profiles that will let you set up your character for multiple roles with separate primary stat and ability point allocations.
Today, you only have one profile with a single primary stat and ability point allocation. There are however equipment/ability sets that allow you to switch between predefined equipment loadouts. Each loadout also has its own separate set of slotted abilities.
While it won't be hard to let every Persona have a separate collection of equipment sets and associated ability assignments, I'm thinking that might be a bit too much to set up and keep track of for most people.
There are three ways to do this:
1) Each Persona has just one equipment set and set of slotted abilities.
2) Each Persona has several equipment sets, but a common set of slotted abilities that doesn't change with the selected equipment set.
3) Each Persona has several equipment sets, each with a separate set of slotted abilities.
Right now I'm thinking of going for solution #2, where you still have equipment sets, but only one set of slotted abilities shared between the equipment sets. Though as this is largely a design decision, and there's no significant difference in how much work it is to implement, I would like to know which solution the people who will actually use this thinks.

Option three seems 'just right' for me at the moment.

#1 or 3, just don't see the utility of #2 for most people. I would probably like #3 best for max flexibility.

Just a little question @ Tenboro ! <- Made it colorfull.. dunno why ^^
Since Abilityboost training will become worthless @ Idea 1.. & only 3 would be able to work as a Creditsink (Ability+Persona training).. im all in for Nr. 2.. but considering what will be changed in the future.. if Prof + Pure Phase Mages are needed & nothing change for Meeles.. plz give us Nr.2 ^^
Mozzilabrowser wrote about a Setcollectors Price.. this wont happen ^^ But.. maybe we can get a little Info about whats coming ^^

Doesn't changing equipment sets already let you change what abilities you have equipped?
Whats the point exactly?

First of all.. free Statpoint allocation for each idividual Persona ! As for idea 2 each individual Persona will have (the trained Abilitypoints+ the one you obtained by leveling up) not like now where you take all out of a pool ! So you can maintain 1h/DW/Niten + Mage with nearly same amount of Abilitypoints ! Simply put you can switch between complete different setups ^^

I prefer #1 if we can easily have at least ~5 personas. It easier to keep track off everyting that way. As suggested it would be great if you could copy your settings between personas and tweak them instead of building them up from 0 (to many clicks). I prefer #2 over #3 also because it would get far to complex.

It's hard for me to say. Where I am in the game right now, I'm not swapping out equipment very often (or at all). It seems that the most obvious thing would be #1, making the persona thing an extension of how the equipment set stuff works now (if you make 1 set = 1 persona)
If you're not going to make 1 set = 1 persona though, then I think #3 where each persona has their own set of (set+abilities) makes the most sense. This is especially true if the personas are separate characters with separate levels and proficiencies.

Personas seem to be pretty much the same thing as those, the only difference is that you'll be able to change your stats and ability sets too. That's why I feel that option 1 is what would make the most sense, since if you extensively use the different equipment sets you could just allocate the same stats/abilities in more than one have a different equipment set for each. With that in mind, option #3 becomes pretty much at least 9 equipment sets for everyone no idea if it would be too much but it certainly feels like too much.

1) it looks like a specialized robot.
2) it looks like a human : if you are a warrior, it's not because you put on a mage robe that you are a mage. You're a warrior desguise as a mage.
3) it looks like a schizophrenic human or a robot whom you can change the software as you want.
For gameplay, 3) is the most versatile but for newbies reasons, my guess is that 2) is the least confusing.

I vote for #1 (or 3), only if we have some free persona slots to start
you can change persona + equipment set + ability in 1 click

Personally i'd be fine with #1, basically piggy-backing it on Equipment Sets. Swap set, done. #2 does have little appeal for me, as you're switching inside a specialisation and so the only difference is a slot here or there #3 is for the fully OCD

#2 is good. But if it's meant for another sink better not at all. 60 replies in 1 week, style balancing is more exciting indeed.

I think it's usability depends on how many ability points you have to enjoy each style.
2# would be better than 1# as there would be no need to input again stat and ability points to change between melee styles. 2# is better for testing equipment combinations too.
If you could offer 3# with a simple format, that would be for the best. Though I have the feeling 3# and 1# are actually the same, but 3# just has an extra toggle and more spaces.
