Don't really care enough to rush things. It would only affect archives and original image downloads, both of which will eventually be migrated to HTTPS, but if Chrome does it first people will just have to use a different browser (or a download manager, or the H@H downloader) to do those two things.

People shouldn't be using Chrome anyway, since Google has gotten far too much power over what happens on the web.
