I have yet to favorite a work with protuberances on the vagina but they should exist, so no point in proposing it male oriented before discussion even when my examples are only bumpy penises. Which I believe are visually relevant to deserve their own tag grouping them various forms, including penile spines on animal genitalia, big masses around the glans like pearly papules and the common lumps and bumps along the shaft. Haven’t seen a work with genitalia warts, but the tag should encompass them as well.
