Some days I do, some days I don't, don't recommend it. Hate having the need to sleep though.

No traffic in CA was something you never see except if you watch old 70s movies and TV shows with outdoor scenes. The population was so low then and there were nearly all white people. I like to watch those old shows due to that.


Today on some news station they mentioned there were more auto deaths in 2020 among blacks. That's strange because you rarely seen black people driving. They said it was because law enforcement wasn't doing anything to enforce traffic and blacks crashed their cars and died lmao.

You know, I see more white people working at my Walmart than blacks. They tell me that their pay is enough to live off of. They have cars, rent houses/appartments, andbare content with their lives. I have to imagine Walmart pays 1/h, so I never understood the argument that some people use like it's playing a game of monopoly, and the white people get to play for 400 years before the blacks get a turn. I guess those white people at Walmart just never got a turn either?

At walmart you can earn a living but you need to work to get promoted or trained to get into the higher paid roles or transition to backroom admin or management roles.

If you don't have a high school certificate, and your performance is average or below average you will not earn much.

1. Get to full time employment
2. Build a positive work and attitude track history
3. Get into their development programs

The people who shop for me say they get 13/h to run around the store for 8 hours a day.

The people who shop for me say they get 13/h to run around the store for 8 hours a day.

If they can get promoted into logistics management then the pay would go up. Currently they treat the online order fulfillment staff the same as check out staff or shelf packers.

Walmart is currently advertising 652 logistics management roles that pay on average 63k, that's like 3x the pay of the front-line fulfillment roles. There are a ton of roles at 33- 41k
