All those doujins were, if I remember correctly, commissions by Rignetta to help advertise her game.

I'm not going to argue for or against a parody tag for "Rignetta's Adventure", especially since the game itself doesn't even have a gallery on this site, I just wanted to add some more info regarding the character. It wouldn't be the first time a character or parody tag was created for a popular hentai work, though.

If the artist is the one who's commissioned the doujins of their character, it's not really a measure of the characters popularity. Though it's close enough to just whatevering it as a parody (ruling for this one only). I'll do the parody and character if someone can provide a better source than pixiv, preferably with an official source for the roman of リジネッタ (that isn't dlsite mtl).

For the roman naming it seems like the creator calls her Rignetta whenever they communicate with English-speaking users. They also named their patreon like that so I'm guessing "Rignetta" is supposed to be the official name for the character

Doesn't seem to pass presence. (nor does Asahi Ohka, fwiw). Generally speaking it is a good practice to add presence counts to your requests when the gallery has several characters (or a lot of pages, not the case here).
