Well, generally speaking, the majority of initial tagging work is going to be done by the same people who'd be providing examples here. And then once it has a foundation more casual taggers might notice it exists and continue building on it but you can't really take that for granted.
So if we can't find examples before the tag is created to give the tag a running start, they aren't going to find themselves after the tag is made either.
I'd assume this fits the fetish as well

Aside from unlocking less popular namespaces for already approved tags (plenty of tags with less than 5 male search results that only exist because the fetish did have a proper foundation in the female namespace) we only create tags when content that would use them has been proven to exists in a sufficient capacity. If the suggested tag is a subset of an existing tag (Halo was fairly common on Angel, Bird Girl was commonly mistagged as Harpy, Corpse was a special case because it wasn't even a subset of Necrophilia, the presence rule means it should actually be more common than the tag it used as a stepping stone) or a whole plethora of character tags (Halo had most of p:Blue Archive and a bunch of characters outside of it, Bird Girl/Boy had quite a lot of them as well) that's a nice headstart but you still make a more convincing argument if non-parody works also use it, but if you lack that sort of foundation, spending a long time bookmarking every instance you come across is takes a lot of patience but it's sorta the only way to go.
I don't recommend taking it to the extreme shown in my signature, I'm only heading for the 20k if not 30k because I know I can (and only a handful would be used as examples anyway, I'm just making sure the tag will have full searchability, even on old galleries, within a week), but a handful shouldn't be too much to ask for.
A potential starting point for non-parody content might be the Doll Joints tag, I've cleaned it on characters transformed into plastic dolls without the titular joints that tag focuses on quite often because people tend to grab the closest thing they can think of if the correct tag for the fetish does not exist yet (in this case it was amplified significantly by Doll being slaved to Doll Joints despite being a way broader concept than the tag covered); I can't remember seeing it happen because it is niche but I would not be surprised if people incorrectly tagged f:Doll on some of the rare galleries this fetish has as well, you'd still have to dig for it but this would narrow down your search significantly.
