I created a new gallery today, in which I removed blank pages according to guide of Making gallery in ehwiki. It has stated: (sorry that I cannot include any url because this is my first post. for reference please check ehwiki/Making Galleries/Checking)

Later, another uploader created a gallery, which has the exact same content as the one I created before, but without blank images being removed.

My gallery was later expunged because of the reason of Duplication:

Is is an incorrect expunge? I think so because of three reasons:

1. As mentioned before, blank images should be removed.
2. Another guide of Expunging in ehwiki has defined the Reasons To Expunge. The first reason is Already Uploaded: This gallery is a duplicate of equal or lower quality of an earlier posted gallery. But my gallery is neither later posted nor lower quality than the other one.
3. Expunge reason has mentioned that "with blank pages removed". According to the part Superior Versions of Expunging in ehwiki, Non-Content (includes blank pages or pages that are effectively blank) should not be included in any gallery, but do not make a gallery expungable. Due to this, there is no reason to make an expunge because of "blank page not removed", so there is also no reason to expunge a gallery that "has blank page removed".

These reasons all indicated that this is an incorrect expunge. But I don't have a power over 10 so that I'm unable to appeal an incorrect expunge. My gallery is /g/3180501/9d4c7f04bb/ .

If possible, please tell me if I'm wrong or anything I can do!
