I've been trying to relocate a gallery on the site and any help would be appreciated.

The version I originally saw was not in english. No idea if there is one now.

from what I remember, the story seemed like it was a basic story of an older girl watching neighbour's kid, who then gets hypnotized into doing more and more things. My memory keeps making me think the girl looks really similar to Homura from Senran Kagura, though her skin was probably a bit lighter. I believe there was a decent amount of indoor pictures as well as outdoor pictures where she is jogging. The pictures are generally from the boy's point of view.

I'm about halfway through a search of the CGs using female:"mind control$", and still haven't seen it. The gallery is ordered more like an artist CG, but it could just as easily of be in some other category.

Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe this? The boy is her nephew and not her neighbor's kid, but the woman looks like Homura and there's a jogging and outdoor sequence.
