Honorable Vigilantes,
we got this new user, who has posted 9 galleries labeled "Asian beauty girls" which are jumbled-together "mix" galleries.
He employs a greedy posting strategy; if he finds 8 pictures worth posting, he posts them as a new gallery instead of complementing one of his existing ( http://ehentaihip.com/g/434126/661aaefe63/ ) within a timeframe which would assumably allow to do so easily.
He also saves time by not reordering images to coherent sets, but instead stretching them into 2 galleries and appending some "mixed" images:

Although it would have been possible to precompile the set on his harddisk, I suppose this mode of posting produces more output per time spent organizing it AND avoids bumping the previous galleries.

I find this strategy interesting, and would like to draw your attention to it. There is no "hard" rule by which to expunge any of the galleries, I assume. Although his adherence to the "8"-limit seems exploitative of this manifestation of the intent to avoid sparse posting, it is in my opinion met by the strict interpretation of the rules in favor of expunging by the Vigilantes.

Rather than seeking commotion to justify expunging the galleries, I am interested in the diversity of your opinions; so please let me know of it.
