Why did Precursor Artifacts give me so little STR and DEX stat, yet more INT and WIS ?

How come pretty much everyone here barely has double-digit PABs form Artifact shrining? Do you all choose to sell them off instead?

I guess it's just luck (or I should say lack of luck).
I had 100 Artifacts. More than half of them gave me crystals and the rest - stats, hath and elixirs/energy drinks.

Artifact drop in arena sucks.
In REs sucks less, but they are only 24 rounds/day
Plus I don't buy them.

Outrageous increase in Attack Base Damage from yesterday at the expense of parry and mitigation.
Did it by trading out a Magnificent and an Exquisite for Legendary weapons in both slots.
Picked them up by shrining a bunch of noodlies.

21,6% parry with DW? Are you double axe?

Edit: double axe or axe+club of slaughter/balance or double club of slaughter balance...with that dex you have exactly 21,6% parry

You know, I'm not having much luck playing higher difficulties. I'll take on one of the two token ring of bloods on PFUDOR, use up scrolls, potions, and infusions.. and walk out with an Superior rated POS weapon every single time.
Honestly... never once anything else. Superior every single time. And I always play the ring of bloods on PFUDOR.


With Normal, at least I get an exquisite now and then. And it doesn't take me 400 clicks to get a lousy health draught out of a round. Diminishing returns on higher levels. At least for me. I seem I spend more than I get.
