The girl on the second picture really pierces me heart.
My gut tells me its just a random cosplayer in a convention but still...must protect!

Anyway, 300k for ID of the girl and 100k for the event where this took place.
Maybe more if you manage to find it quick enough before I recover emotionally.

OK, after much effort, I made much progress:

The event is:



中山大学[WILL]动漫协会9周年庆晚会

which translates to:

Zhong Shan University [WILL] Ani-Manga Society 9th Anniversary Party.

If you are wondering about the WILL part, its part of their motto or something:

「We are [WILL]ers. 」
「—[WILL] you join us? 」

It took place on 15 May 2011 which is a Sunday, so I'm sure I didn't get it wrong.

Contrary to popular Internet comments, I don't think she is a trap.
Her profile does list her as male but the pictures say otherwise.
However, it does lists her interest in homosexuality, which is also false since she has a boyfriend.

You know, its surprising how much information I can gleam off of these Weibo accounts. Their privacy setting is almost non-existent even with a VIP account, and boy, there are 6 tiers of VIPs!
