As for light armor in general. Is this priority correct (ordered from best to worst):

1. Savage Shade * Shadowdancer
2. Savage Shade * Fleet
3. Savage Shade * Negation
4. Non-Savage Shade * Shadow > Fleet > Negation
5. Reinforced Leather *
6. Others

very difficult to estimate (because of level)
but definitely not much

on the one hand useless prefix and wrong prof slot but may still be useful on low level
on the other hand no one plays dark mage at low level

with a proficiency roll of 61% and the lack of the charged prefix i doubt it will even get the starting bid in an auction.

low level req usually means more leniency, but not many players go mage that low and also they usually start with elemental.
