Posting them in the reup vigi thead sometimes helps, but often my posts seem to be ignored, as they fall behind the current vigi "expunge this" steamroller posts. And I've seen this happen to others. This is the place to post the "not sure" cases, so they can get more visibility. As far as I can see the quality issues you point out stem from incompetence/inexperience not from bad intentions, so wouldn't count as defaced.

well technically the added body parts were covering the original ones making it kinda an added censoring but really i only asked because i took a comment as a challenge: QUOTE I only saw page 5 and I wish that there was an rule against this. btw i don't even give credit for the redraw, the dicks were clearly taken from some other work and stretched out to fit. i see this as a dank meme lol. |

It's expected for redraws to cover and/or modify parts of an image.
In most cases, we don't generally consider adding a dick as "censoring".

I'd say upload your version. The png version seems to be better since the dark parts of the already uploaded jpg version are too dark. Oh and don't worry about "minimal differences" or such.
